RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Quality is OhhhBunny’s highest priority and we take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
All defective products falling under the company’s 1 year warranty policy must be returned with proof of purchase and date clearly marked from retailer’s register (may not be written in).
All products must be returned in a zip lock bag with return address clearly marked on return package.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs to manufacturer.
OhhhBunny is not responsible for any lost or stolen products.
HOW TO RETURN OhhhBunny PRODUCT?
Please note: If you’ve purchased your OhhhBunny products in the US, Canada or South America, you can directly ship defective products with proof of purchase to:

For other countries, follow the procedure below:
Pre-authorization is required for all returns and exchanges. No item can be returned without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Following are the steps:
1- Please contact us to get a RMA number.
2- Please provide your proof of purchase.
3- Once you have your RMA number, repack the product with the packing slip in its original packaging.
Please include include the RMA number in the shipping address.
4- Then, ship your defective product to:

For your security, please return your product with an insured carrier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. OhhhBunny is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning a product to OhhhBunny. If we determine that the product is defective, we will cover the cost of shipping a new product.
Once we’ve received your product, we’ll undergo testing to determine if it’s defective. Please note, this process can take up to 72 hours from the time the product is received.

OhhhBunny products are of the highest quality and come with a 1-year worldwide manufacturing warranty.
Please keep your original purchase receipt as evidence that the date of your claim falls within the warranty period.
The warranty covers working parts that affect the function of the pleasure object. It does NOT cover cosmetic deterioration caused by fair wear and tear or damage caused by accident, misuse or neglect. Any attempt to open or take apart the pleasure object (or its accessories) will void the warranty.
1-YEAR WARRANTY
Claiming on the 1-Year Warranty requires proof of purchase from a OhhhBunny Authorized Retailer within the warranty period. This should be returned with the product if it is discovered faulty, and once the fault is confirmed we will replace the product free of charge. If you purchased your product on our web shop we already have your proof of purchase on file.
